1. Subscription
   Experts Crew provides its service on a subscription basis (Subscription), which automatically renews until you cancel. By purchasing a trial or a Subscription, you agree to be charged the applicable Subscription Fee at the start of each subscription period and upon each renewal at the current rate.
   All fees will be displayed on the payment page, so please review it carefully. We may process these fees either as a single transaction or split into multiple payments.

2. Paid Trial
   We may offer a paid trial for the service.
   If you don’t cancel your trial within the 7-day trial period, you will automatically be charged the full Subscription Fee shown on the payment page at the end of the trial. We may also offer discounted rates that renew at the regular full price after the discount period ends.

3. Payment Method
   When you provide your payment details at the time of purchase, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for all applicable Subscription Fees on each renewal date until you cancel.
   You authorize Experts Crew to share your payment details with a third-party processor for payment handling. Your credit/debit card provider may apply additional currency conversion fees or other charges.

4. Cancellation
   Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the current subscription period ends.
   To cancel your subscription, you can do one of the following:

• Log into your account and go to ‘My Account’ → ‘Membership’ → ‘Cancel Subscription.’
• Contact our Customer Support team via email at help@experts-crew.com or by phone at +44 808 000 0000.

You will be responsible for all fees (including taxes and charges) for the current subscription period. If you cancel, you will retain access to the service until the end of your billing cycle.
Experts Crew may cancel your subscription for non-payment, violation of these terms, or other reasons at its discretion.

5. Refunds
   We offer refunds under specific conditions. If you request a refund within 30 days of registering on our website, you are eligible for a full or partial refund of the Subscription Fee for the current period. We will also refund any join fees along with the Subscription Fee.

• California Residents: If you reside in California, you may cancel the terms within three business days following your registration and receive a full refund within ten days.
• EU Residents: If you cancel within 14 calendar days of your registration and without justification, you are entitled to a proportionate refund. However, by requesting immediate access to the service, you acknowledge that you waive the right to withdraw once the service has been fully delivered.

6. Translations
   Translations of this policy are provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the English version will prevail.
